Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

There is no refunds, exchanges or returns on products.

Products paid for will be packaged securely and shipped.

We are not liable for any damage that may occur during shipment.

Deliveries of purchased products will be shipped the next working day.

Average delivery time will be 2-3 working days depending on your location.

Images will be sent of packaging to the customer along with their waybill.

Deliveries will be shipped with Courier Guy.

There is a flat rate fee of R99 for deliveries.

Shipping only in South Africa.

We are based In Durbanville, Cape Town.

Local pickup’s will be arranged via whatsapp once payment has been received.

Pick up times will be after 17.30pm – 19.30pm during Weekdays. Saturday’s will be between 9.30am-12pm. There will be no pickups on Sundays.
